We bet you've been wondering what little Blue Ivy has been up to since her highly publicized birth January 7th. Hanging out in the Hamptons, of course! The New York Post reported that Jay Z and Beyoncé rented a 31,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton to relax in all of August — for $400,000. Called "The Sandcastle," the home sits on 11 acres and is currently on the market for $43.5M.
The retreat has a 2,800-square-foot master suite and a separate two-bedroom apartment for visiting friends and family. It also has a "children's performing area," that was surely used by baby Ivy. Featuring a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, a skateboard half-pipe, rock-climbing wall, full bar, recording studio and a ballroom (oops, that's the master bathroom), the residence definitely seems like it has something for everyone — not to mention the 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system. It was rumored for a little while that the Jonas Brothers were thinking about renting it, but chose a different Hamptons abode instead. The listing is held by Corcoran.
