Grace Bay Resorts, owner of the Grace Bay Club, one of the Turks and Caicos Islands’ most exclusive escapes, has announced The Residences, the award-winning hospitality brand’s first-ever standalone residential villas. Dubbed a “micro-resort,” The Residences are designed to offer the personalized comforts of a private home combined with the management services and luxury amenities of the award-winning Grace Bay Club resort and spa. The initial offering is comprised of three luxury properties priced from $3.7 million on idyllic Grace Bay Beach. The homes are currently under development and designed by Coast Architects from the UK, known for their work with the Turks and Caicos’ legendary luxury resorts Amanyara and Parrot Cay, as well as many high-end vacation homes.
Each of the custom-designed luxury homes is situated on a 95-foot-wide freehold parcel of private beachfront and features over 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and 2,600 square feet of outdoor space offering a private deck surrounding an infinity pool and outdoor shower. The two spacious master bedrooms provide oceanfront views, while the elegant living and dining areas feature 14-foot ceilings, solid wood kitchens, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Owners will have access to the resort property’s common areas and amenities, including a reception area offering access to on-site management and concierge staff, a fully-equipped fitness center and a library. Available in-villa services will include spa treatments, in-room chefs, concierge services, housekeeping, maintenance and beach services, as well as preferred access to the luxurious Grace Bay Club, including signing privileges at all restaurants and bars.
