Offered by OTI Lumionics, the Aerelight A1 is one of the newest OLED lamps to hit the scene. Made in Canada, the design features an anodized aluminum frame, a base accented with American walnut, and of course, a bright light that promises to be glare-free and cool to the touch. Like other OLED lights, this one also uses touch control and has three levels of dimming capabilities (which ranges from its lowest brightness at one watt to its most vibrant at nine watts). Plus, it will use 80 percent less energy than a 60 watt bulb, which is pretty sustainable. One of the neatest perks of the desktop Aerelight is the wireless charger built into the base, which will juice up any compatible device (if your phone isn’t, there’s probably a case you can buy that is) when it is set down onto the walnut surface.
