With each new product B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen releases, our love for them grows and their BeoPlay A2 isn't about to change that. The Bluetooth loudspeaker not only promises 24-hour Li-ion battery life on one charge and "True 360" degree sound, but it's also super cute and stylish—just look at that dashing bearded man holding it pensively.
Made from two polymer shells, the flat speaker has an extruded aluminum core and promises stability and strength. According to B&O, the $399 BeoPlay A2 is the "world's first omni-directional sound solution for a flat speaker." The gadget has two-channels on each side, which the brand calls "Power Response Enhancement," and an extra tweeter on the rear side of the main driver which gives "a more even high frequency radiation around the edges." All of this results in what they call "True 360," offering music that will fill every inch of a room.
The device is able to remember up to eight users, so a group of people can take turns playing music from their own devices. It comes in green (which will be available in the United States in early December), black, and grey, each with a leather strap to make carrying and hanging easy.
