In the playful sequel, Turner steps behind the bar to mix the cocktail herself, showcasing its simple elegance and bright, floral flavor.
The campaign marks the second year of Turner’s collaboration with the brand, expanding with new content, global activations, and a French Riviera-themed pop-up at Nordstrom NYC. Despite poking fun at her cooking skills, Turner says she’s found her perfect recipe with the ST-GERMAIN Hugo Spritz—a mix of elderflower liqueur, prosecco, sparkling water, mint, and lime.

With spritz cocktails on the rise—Google searches for “Hugo Spritz” surged 122% in 2024—ST-GERMAIN aims to capture the trend’s momentum. “Sophie embodies the joy and freshness of our brand,” said Emma Fox, Global VP of ST-GERMAIN. “She brings an approachable charm that resonates with modern drinkers.”
