Solomon's Seal is known as The Star of The Wise, a six pointed star, two overlapping equal triangles that map the position of the major stars of the heavens. It symbolizes the union of fire and water, heaven and earth, two becoming one. This cocktail has six ingredients mirroring the six points of the star.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz U'Luvka Vodka
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Sirop de Gomme - This adds dimension to the cocktail - can purchase online or at gourmet stores - but Simple Syrup or Sugar Syrup can be substituted
- 1 oz Raspberry Puree
- 2 oz Strong Earl Grey Tea
- Soda Water
Steps: Shake the first five ingredients on rock ice and strain into an ice filled highball. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh raspberries.
