Breitling and Bentley have a long standing relationship creating exceptional timepieces for automotive and watch fans all over the world. They have just announced their latest collaboration, the B06 S, a compact version of the Bentley B06, that celebrates the exclusive “engines” of both brands. The B06 S may be smaller than other watches in the collection, but what it lacks in size it makes up for with a 30-second chronograph system and powerful mechanics.
The 44 mm watch face is surrounded by a knurled-patterned bezel, reminiscent of the Bentley radiator grills, and comes in color variations of steel and red gold (although we suggest matching with your car). Coming in a red, silver and black dial; a white, red and silver dial; a black red and gold dial; or pearl, the watch face features a 30-second chronograph. The chronograph is extraordinarily precise and can be measured to an eighth of a second due to a central hand that swings around the dial in half a minute.
B06 S uses a Breitling caliber B06 that was developed and produced in the Breitling Chronométrie workshops and was officially chronometer-certified by the COSC. Complications include a one-eighth of a second chronograph as well as 30-second, 15-minute and 6-hour totalizers all running on a 70-hour power reserve. To see this powerful “engine” the watch is encased in a glare-proof, sapphire crystal closure on both the front and back of the timepiece. Price upon request.
