Beverly Hills Crustacean Launches New Menu for Cancer Treatment

Crustacean restaurant has partnered with UCLA Health and Dr. Beth Karlan to create a special 6-course menu available for lunch and dinner during the month of October where twenty percent of the proceeds from the menu will be donated to research into hereditary cancer prevention and treatment at UCLA.

The special lunch and dinner menu includes a crispy langoustine and caviar roll with winter citrus and sweet chili; Alaskan King Crab and coconut bechamel Banh Khot; little gem salad with green goddess dressing, rice crackers and vegan bacon; Main lobster and An’s famous garlic noodles; a choice of filet mignon shaken beef, Mongolian lamb, ginger pineapple sea bass or glass noodles with vegan crab served with a side of eggplant frites and Vietnamese spinach and a dessert course of coconut tapioca with tropical fruits.

The special menu will run through October and is $165 per person. Crustacean is located at 468 N. Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills. Reservations at 310.205.8990.
