The highly-touted Queen of the Night show in the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel has just revamped its dinner menu. Known for its sexy theatrics, the magical dinner theater experience is a must for anyone living in or traveling to New York City.
The costumed cast invites you into their sensual lair starting with the complimentary cocktail hour, before enticing you for the next three hours with food, drinks, movement and an air of erotic surprise. The new menu was developed by Chef Greg Lingaya, formerly of Le Cirque, and inspired by original food concepts at the show developed by Executive Chef Jason Kallert and Director of Food Performance Jennifer Rubell.
Guests can expect to feast on new offerings such as salmon Wellington, massive racks of lamb, black truffle popovers, vegetable risotto and kale salad. Served in over-the-top family style proportions, you will not only barter part of your meal, but throwing food and dishes is encouraged. The new format was introduced to get guests to mix and mingle in this totally interactive experience.
"After over a year of surprising people by having really amazing food at dinner theater, we wanted to surprise audiences again with a delicious new menu that encourages sharing and meeting other guests. We went in a lighter direction that is seasonal, decadent and, of course, fit for a queen!” said show creator Randy Weiner. “We cater to our vegan and gluten-free guests as well, with a vegetable primavera risotto and whole roasted accompaniments, served family-style."
