Classic, artisan, modern. Find each style within the Four Sisters Inns collection of 16 extraordinary boutique inns and hotels located in California’s most spectacular destinations. For more than 40 years, Four Sisters Inns have invited guests to retreat, indulge, and relax in settings filled with comfort and charm. Offering luxury, gracious service, and unique amenities, Four Sisters Inns are special; from town to country, each has become a haven for travelers seeking architecture, history, location, and character.

It all began in 1976 when the Post family, at the urging of their four teen daughters, opened their home, the spectacular Green Gables Inn on the shores of Monterey Bay, to guests on a limited basis. Taken by the warmth of innkeeping, the family refined hospitality to an art, carefully selecting inns for their collection. Today, with locations in the most desirable regions of California, and architecture ranging from Victorian, to French country, to Cape Cod Beach, each Four Sisters Inn combines inviting décor with exceptional service and amenities.

From a truly traditional bed-and-breakfast, to Tuscan-style luxury, to hip and stylish, the inns run the gamut. Many rooms feature fireplaces, jetted spa tubs, and breathtaking views. Most include a bountiful breakfast buffet and afternoon wine and hors d’oeuvres. Pick a favorite or plan a California road trip and try them all. From North to South:
