El Cortez Hotel & Casino - Jackie Gaughan Suite
Earlier this year we visited the historic Jackie Gaughan Suite, which, for the first time, and by request only, guests can now book at El Cortez Hotel & Casino. Gaughan, the casino magnate and former owner of the El Cortez Hotel & Casino, lived in a luxe suite on the top floor of the hotel from 1980 until his passing in 2014. Only recently available to the public for bookings, the space is perfect for lovers of the retro era, and serves as an exciting new event space.The suite measures about 2,700-square-foot including two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, one romper room, a full kitchen and wet bar.
