White and pink gold intertwine elegantly with the branches of the tree that towers over the Belle Epoque-style lobby.
Hotel Savoy — Florence
Hotel Savoy has partnered with Florentine artist and jewelry designer Angela Caputi this season. Above the fireplace, five resin reindeer heads are draped with Caputi’s eclectic creations from her new collection of necklaces. Christmas emblems in bright colors give a modern twist to a traditional festive scene. Irne, the hotel’s bistro, is also decked out with custom decorations inspired by Caputi’s collection.
Loews Regency — Manhattan
Design directors for Nate Berkus, Sasha Adler and Lauren Buxbaum designed a festive Christmas tree for not only Loews Regency's penthouse, but also their lobby for the holidays. The glam, modern tree for the lobby shimmers with metallic and glitter ornaments. Atop the tree, check out the snow-white peacock and its sparkling white feathers incorporated into the branches throughout the tree.
Hotel de Rome — Berlin
Hotel de Rome's Christmas tree is decked out in all red this holiday and features 4,000 hanging ball ornaments and 2,000 lights. The property also reopened their seasonal rooftop lounge exclusively for the holidays, creating a magical winter wonderland with Christmas lights, holiday music, luxuriously plush fur blankets and pillows, and big fire pits and torches to keep guests warm and cozy. The winter lounge serves homemade mulled wine and special Bailey’s hot cocoa, as well as traditional German dishes.
The Liberty — Boston
The Liberty is taking a unique spin on holiday décor this year. When you walk into the lobby, look up. You will see six, upside-down, nine-foot Christmas trees suspended from the hotel’s immense 90-foot rotunda designed by blue Guava owner John LaRoche. The display features 1,500 twinkling lights, 720 tiny glass ornaments and 50 yards of bronze sheer ribbon.
