The property expects to gain LEED-certification, and will draw guests searching for an authentic Vermont experience, including a Hen of the Wood Restaurant, one of the state’s favorite restaurant chains.
An outdoor terrace with an open hearth, features views of Lake Champlain. The hotel will also have 2,000 square feet of green roof space, along with a 7,500 square foot Harbor Terrace that features local artist Richard Erdman's bronze sculptures.
