Calling it a new way of sharing magical (and confidential) moments together, Beneteau’s first vessel in their more recent luxury range is called the Oceanis Yacht 62. While they already have a lineup called Oceanis, this one is completely separate and will feature boats from 53 to 73 feet long.
A collaboration between Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design and the designer Pierangelo Andreani, the 62-foot design has an Italian flair to it—which makes sense considering Andreani is Italian himself. Inspired by motor boats, the cruiser features hull stripes, a three- or four-cabin layout, tender garage and an aft bathing platform. There are six sunbathing beds spread out across the stern, cockpit, coach roof and foredeck (this one is a double sun bed with integrated lights and speakers).
The Oceanis Yacht 62 starts at $673,440. The first one is set for a spring launch, two months of sea trials and an official premiere at the Cannes and Annapolis boat shows in the autumn.
