Playful and curious, dolphins are pretty majestic creatures. Considering people have been fascinated with them for decades, it makes total sense that Seabreacher channeled the intelligent mammals for their Z model water toy.
Designed to look like a dolphin (complete with flippers), the Seabreacher Z comes with a Rotax 260hp supercharged engine, a “fully vectored thrust system” and a gas tank that holds 14 gallons. The cockpit can fit two people and has a bubble-top panoramic canopy roof that opens much like an aircraft. According to the company, it’s even “approved for recreational use and sale by the US Coast Guard and can be registered as a conventional inboard powerboat in most countries.”
Unlike anything you’ve probably ever seen, this cool vessel is the company’s first design with a fully retractable snorkel, which actually enables you to “experience the thrill of high speed 360 degree barrel rolls.” You can also leap from the water and dive, just like a real dolphin. Plus, there’s a stereo system inside that you can sync to your phone with Bluetooth and an optional snorkel-mounted camera to record live footage with. Other customization add-ons include a portable cooling unit, underwater view ports, airbrushing and a strong back lifting cradle for launching it from yachts and docks.
If you’d rather your Z model look like a shark or a killer whale, Seabreacher will switch the body style for you. The price depends on each customer’s specifications, but if you want to try one out before buying, you can sign up for a $1,000 training session in Northern California. If you decide to go forward with a purchase, the $1k will be added towards the final price.
