Overmarine Group Shipyard is pretty well known in the marine world, especially because it's the owner of the Mangusta brand, which gives the world some of the largest luxury yachts. The brand considers itself to stand for excellence in luxury and peak performance, offering boats that are easy to use and incredibly quick. The Mangusta 165 is, according to Overmarine, the biggest open yacht in the world at 163 feet long, blowing size and performance expectations out of the water. With a top speed of 39 knots (almost 45 mph) and a fuel capacity of 10,657 gallons, the Mangusta 165 has a maximum range of around 600 nautical miles. The speed is gained by the vessel's three MTU 16V 4000 M93 engines, which work to give 4556 HP each. The yacht also features unique stabilizers that result in a smooth ride no matter the speed.
One can expect to find four or five staterooms (including a master cabin, two guests and a VIP room) inside the yacht, each decorated with luxury furnishings and decor. A combination of neutral fabric swatches and darkened woods make the design pallet one of elegance and sophistication. We especially love the large tubs in the bathrooms, surrounding by rich, detailed tile work.
Aside from the bedrooms, there's also a main salon perfect for sipping on cocktails, a bar, and plenty of seating. If entertainment is need, two flat-screen televisions pop-up to face the room and the nearby dining room. On the upper deck one can find a garage-type area fit for your favorite water toys, able to be opened electronically.
