The 230-foot Benetti superyacht Reverie, originally launched in 2001 for Kjell Inge Rökke, owner and CEO of the Norwegian industrial giant Aker Solutions ASA, is now available for charter at about $720,000 per week.
The rate puts it in the top class of charter vessels and the yacht, one of the largest ever built in Italy, is appropriately lavish with seven decks of luxuriously-appointed space. Famed English designer John Munford furnished the interior with a classic mix of dark mahogany and walnut wood, columns and pilasters, and plenty of rich marble. Large deck spaces and a circular inside-outside dining room offer a range of entertainment options.
The yacht can accommodate up to 24 guests along with 28 crew members; each cabin features a private bath and dressing room. The master suite comprises an entire deck with panoramic views and a private terrace. The sun deck doubles as a helipad with a spa pool and wet bar. An elevator serves the interior and there are state-of-the-art audiovisual systems throughout.
Other luxe touches include a stone-lined pizza parlor, conference room, hairdressing and beauty salon, steam room, massage room, and a lavishly equipped gymnasium. There’s even a working fireplace in the salon in homage to Munford’s English country house aesthetic. Visit OceanIndependence.com for more information.
