That’s saying a lot for a car with a top speed 198 mph and a zero-to-62 mph in 3.2 seconds. According to The Local, Porsche claims the 918 goes 100 kilometers (62 miles) on three liters (3.17 quarts) of gasoline. It also emits approximately one-fifth the CO2 emissions of comparable supercars.
In the Local’s article, legendary driver and Porsche rep Walter Röhrl said the car is faster than the Carrera GT.
Porsche introduced two additional hybrids at the show, the Cayenne S Hybrid SUV and the 911 GT3 R Hybrid racing car.
