Currently owned by Lord Conrad Black (a former newspaper publisher and author), the 6.6-acre property has been in the Black family for 65 years and is estimated to be worth $21.8 million. On March 8 it will be offered for sale through Concierge Auctions, marking the first time the house has hit the real estate market.
