Joël Robuchon is a pretty big name in the epicurean world and now that he's renewed his partnership with Air France, we may hop on a flight just to gorge on his Michelin-starred cuisine (in case you didn't know, he has 25 of those). Through the end of November, La Première passengers will now have a new starter and four additional dishes from Chef Robuchon to choose from.
You can go with the lobster with corn penne pasta in a spicy coralline sauce; stuffed chicken breast served with slow-cooked green cabbage, lardons and foie gras; fried scallops in coralline sauce, with a fregola pasta risotto and chives and ginger; or shredded duck confit with truffle and mashed potato gratin.
The airline has also brought back caviar, which Chef Robuchon has included in his new starter dish, salmon tartar with shiso sprouts and caviar.
