Luxury fashion brand Club Monaco just released the first look of their Fall 1 2012 campaign, which features international fashion models Kolfinna Kristófersdóttir and Will Eustace, who is also a face of Burberry. Shot in Brooklyn, NY by renowned stylist and photographer Venetia Scott, the black and white campaign exudes a classic ease that has us itching for autumn.

Kristófersdóttir and Eustace’s casual poses give a relaxed vibe to the campaign, but also accurately represent the comfort and ease of Club Monaco’s latest line. Inspired by Linda McCartney’s Life in Photographs, Sonia Delaunay’s masterful block prints and the leading men of the Silent Generation, the key aspect of this line is adaptability. Appropriately-tailored pieces for the season with a touch of casual ease create a great wardrobe for the transition between summer and fall.
The women’s line mixes East Coast prep with a laid back, West Coast spin. The combination is unexpected but charmingly molds into a number of different personalities and styles. Behind the black and white film of the campaign, the line apparently thrives off of a wide palette of Autumn colors, including Kelly green, pale blue, cream, red, and navy. Tribal prints, plaid, and argyle atop outerwear like blazers and military parkas remind us that cold weather is just around the corner. However, sophisticated accessories like long, tarnished necklaces, silk scarves, and chocolate-covered clutches keep us looking forward to the fashion that comes with it.

The menswear collection is inspired by iconic artists like George Harrison, Gregory Peck, and Hunter S. Thompson, sporting a timeless look that adds a soft edge to closet staples. Blazers, cable-knit wools and lightweight tweeds are the foundation of this collection, but the fabrics of these pieces make them versatile enough to either dress up or down.
