Last week Forbes named Gisele Bündchen the highest paid model in the world for the ninth year in a row. So to celebrate her insanely successful, 20-year career, she’ll be publishing a 536-page coffee table book simply titled Gisele. Featuring over 300 shots from photographers like Juergen Teller, Inez & Vinoodh, Corinne Day and David LaChapelle, the book will highlight her best and brightest moments in fashion. Personally curated by the star and creative director Giovanni Bianco, the book will also feature "tributes from Gisele’s closest friends, family, and fashion leaders, who shed light on how and why she has become one of the greatest models of all time."
The book will be published by Taschen, and be limited to an exclusive run of just 1,000 copies. For the diehard Gisele fans, 100 of these special-edition books, known as the Art Edition, will come with a 2005 W magazine print of the model signed by photographer Juergen Teller, and will be priced at $2,000. The remaining 900, known as the Collector’s Edition, will be numbered and personally signed by Gisele, and be priced at $700.
