Cara Delevingne can do no wrong in the fashion world; having walked for Burberry, Chanel, Moschino, Oscar de la Renta, and many others, she’s not going to stop any time soon. British fashion house Mulberry has just snapped up the supermodel as the face for their Autumn Winter 2013 collection. In her new campaign she sits amongst a parliament of live owls and forest shrubbery, seemingly lost in a dark land far from home. While the photos conjure up images of a mysterious and a foreboding air, they lend themselves well to the new collection. Ripe with wools and leathers, the new line is also wrought with deep colors; dark greens and hues of berry and navy are plentiful in Mulberry’s catwalk collection. The campaign has already been released on Mulberry’s website, along with their Autumn Winter pre-collection and videos of their runway show. When asked how she felt about the designer and her campaign Delevingne responded “Mulberry is such a great label. As well as being an iconic brand, the products are sexy and cool. It’s one of those brands that everyone needs a little bit of in their wardrobe,” reports Grazia Daily. And if these stunning shots are any indication of even more collections to come, we’d have to agree. The campaign is set to hit print this coming August and with New York Fashion Week coming shortly thereafter, Delevingne is going to be a very busy girl.
