The chances of Anna Wintour making fashion news aren’t slim, but the chances of her willingly offering even a hint of details from her personal life are. The high-profile and much admired Editor in Chief of Vogue is notorious for her privacy, but The Daily Beast suggests that may change soon in the form of a new HBO documentary featuring Ms. Wintour herself. If the rumors are true, this won’t be Wintour’s first time on the big screen: cameras followed her for The September Issue, which didn’t address her personal life, but still gave an interesting one-of-a-kind insight into the work life of the fashion icon. Wintour was also portrayed in 2006’s The Devil Wears Prada, where the woman who is just as much feared as she is respected is represented by Meryl Streep's character as a tough boss and unforgiving critic.
